IISTD’s Executive Development Programmes are built on the principle of continual learning — especially suited to working professionals who face time constraints and to those seeking to stay current with the latest managerial tools, techniques and practices. Each programme runs over 3 days, residential or non-residential, across eight destinations.

Nomination Guidelines
- Early nominations in the prescribed pro-forma from ministries, departments, attached/subordinate offices, autonomous and statutory/regulatory bodies.
- Seats are limited — registrations are accepted strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Officers/staff engaged in public procurement (directly or indirectly) may be nominated; given staff rotations, others may be nominated too.
General Instructions
- Tickets should be booked only after receiving confirmation from IISTD.
- Residential fee includes training charges with boarding & lodging; non-residential covers training + working lunch only.
- Fees once deposited are non-refundable; however, substitutions are permitted.
- Soft-copy course material is provided; expert faculty deliver two topics each in forenoon and afternoon sessions.
Payment Details
- Payment in advance via RTGS / Bank Draft in favour of “India Institute of Secretariat Training & Development”.
- Acceptance of nominations is subject to seat availability and receipt of the participation fee by the last date of nomination.
