In line with the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) emphasis on preventive vigilance and integrity, this programme covers administrative vigilance, prevention of corruption and the principles & practice of disciplinary enquiry — for Inquiry Officers, Presenting Officers and management personnel.
Objectives
Training Objectives
- Instil proper conduct and ethics relating to integrity.
- Institute pro-active and preventive vigilance for unbiased, effective decisions.
- Eliminate factors that create opportunity for corruption and malpractice.
- Conduct regular, periodic and surprise checks on quality and progress of work.
- Encourage team spirit, innovation and a transparent, accountable system.
- Streamline investigations to deter the corrupt and encourage honest employees.
- Create vigilance awareness to change work culture and ethics.
- Implement CVC guidelines and circulars across the organisation.
